What ship is this and where was it being repaired?

It must be the "Concepcion" from 1638, the only Spanish galleon that sank near Saipan. It was returning to Spain from the orient loaded with treasure. The current drug the wreck into the channel between Saipan and Tinian where it remained lost until the 1980's.

I have lived in Saipan since 1996 and enjoy learning about the amazing history of this island. This is a collection photographs that I believe to be public domain.
